The power of inclusion – together, we can achieve anything!
On this World Refugee Day, we stand together in support of the inclusion of refugees in every sphere of life and society. Through inclusion, many refugees today are doctors, educators, and athletes who contribute their knowledge and skills in the countries in which they have sought asylum. Together, we can make the world a better place for everyone. Together, we are stronger when we leave no one behind.
On World Refugee Day – Sunday 20 June 2021 – join Mr. Valentin Tapsoba, Director of the UNHCR Regional Bureau for Southern Africa, and Archbishop Buti Tlhagale, o.m.i. of the Southern African Catholic Bishop’s Conference, in a service dedicated to honouring the millions of refugees forcibly displaced by conflict, persecution and human rights abuses.
